Job Descriptions
1.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
2.Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies (e.g., job postings, social media, direct sourcing, job fairs).
3.Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews (phone/video) to assess candidate qualifications.
4.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
5.Extend job offers and manage the pre-onboarding process.
6.Manage candidate data, including tracking recruitment progress in Microsoft Excel.
7.Analyze recruitment data in Excel to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
- ฺBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in an in-house recruitment role or with a recruitment.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Table).
- Strong in English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
