Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำและตรวจสอบเงินเดือนพนักงาน
2. ดูแลระบบประกันสังคม และกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ
3. จัดทำเอกสารด้านภาษี และรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. จัดทำรายงานการจ่ายเงินเดือน และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. ดูแลและอัพเดตข้อมูลพนักงานในระบบเงินเดือน
6. ให้คำปรึกษาและตอบข้อซักถามเกี่ยยวกับเงินเดือน
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย/หญิง
- อายุ 20-40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน ทรัพยากรบุคล หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-3 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงานและภาษี
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Excel ได้ดี และประสบการณ์การใช้โปรแกรมเงินเดือน B-Plus
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารทั้งการพูดและการเขียนที่ดี สามารถสื่อสารได้ทุกระดับในองค์กร
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
