Responsibilities • Management the production process, manpower plan and ensuring the planed, working hour and efficiency level are achieved. • Ensuring the production cost is effective. • Ensuring the product was produced in timely manner and are product in the quality guidelines. • Maintain to implement standard operating procedure for all production operation. • Ensuring the health and safety are followed. • Supervising and Motivating a team of worker to work with stakeholder. • Cooperating with internal department managers to improve quality and delivery. • Correct and solving problem in production. • Working with management team to implement the company policies and goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production.
Deep knowledge of material planning, production process, quality control and manpower management.
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
Outstanding communication ability and Excellent organizational and leaderships.
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
Proficient in MS Office, ERP, MRP, BOM software.
