• Planned and developed budget strategies to optimize product management and maximize overall efficiency • Oversaw product lines under responsibility and implemented sales initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets • Developed promotional plans for products in collaboration with sales staff and manufacturers • Conducted visits to key customers alongside sales staff to provide technical support or present new products Facilitated collaboration between sales and R&D teams to identify suitable raw materials for formula development and to support product promotion efforts • Liaised with suppliers regarding documentation and technical information, as well as organized seminars • Developed marketing trends analysis to support sales effort's • Coordinate and conduct suitable technical seminars for manufacturers to support sales promotion • Organize product training programs for sales staff and product research and development officer's • Coordinate with the sales manager to monitor sales performance and ongoing projects • Prepare documents and presentations for client proposals in Thai or in formats specified by the clients • Organize and schedule customer visits for manufacturers as appropriate to support sales promotion, as well as provide technical information to the sales staff • Source supplementary technical information beyond that provided by suppliers, or when unavailable from suppliers, to effectively support customers • Compile summary reports in accordance with manufacturers’ requirements to monitor the overall progress of product sales • Monitor stock levels to motivate sales teams to sell off remaining inventory, and collaborate with sales staff on customer visits to boost sales performance • Develop and implement business strategies for the personal care and home care ingredient segments • Develop annual sales targets and marketing budgets for the division • Oversee product portfolio management for personal care and home care ingredient

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in personal care or home care ingredients industry
Strong technical knowledge of ingredient formulations and applications
Proven track record in business development and strategic planning
Experience in the regional of product management, sales and marketing
Understanding of global personal care and home care market trend
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent command of English with proficiency
Experience working with R&D teams and formulators
Having working experience of monitoring the regional teams; Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and Malaysia
