Responsibilities • Process quality monitoring and inform superior with irregular immediately in case problem can't solve by CA setting. • Work follow superior instruction within time. • Maintain company rule/RBA rule and restriction of all ISO System. • Process improve by engineer principle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Mechatronics engineering or any related fields.
Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of root cause analysis tools (5 Why, Fishbone).
Proficient in 3D CAD software (Solid works, Auto CAD, Similar).
Knowledge of design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assemble (DFA) principates.
Experience with DOE. FEA analysis or automation system is a plus.
