Responsibilities • Interact with operations team to understand the risk of monomer mixing process which generate the defective lens at the production. • Calculate the proportion of chemicals so that they can be used appropriately for production. • Review work instruction, Document control, Management flow to control the monomer quality. • Develop the monomer mixing process to prevent the un-polymerization, reducing the air or micro bubble in the solution during mixing. • Studying for polymerization priority of monomer each, reduction the cycle time polymerization process by it does not impact to quality. • Material validation for new product. Process validation. • Issue document control, work standard. and Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP). • To perform all work within ISO 13485 regulated work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Science, any field related.
Knowledge to identify. evaluate and understand the proper.
Understanding of chemical principles, lab techniques, instrumental and analytical methods.
Experienced in designing and conducting experiments to synthesize and analyze the properties of chemical substance.
Skilled in developing and optimizing chemical process to achieve faster.
Proficient in applying experimental and analytical techniques to improve reaction efficiency and product quality.
Good in English communication, Reading and Writing.
