Job Descriptions
- กำหนดแผนสุ่มตัวอย่างวัตถุดิบและกระบวนการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตและป้องกันไม่ให้เกิด NC
- วางแผนตรวจสอบความสะอาดในไลน์ผลิต
- ควบคุมการใช้สารเคมี แก้ว กระจก ในไลน์ผลิต
- เฝ้าระวังจุด CCP จัดทำ WI และทำงาน ETC (ตาม JD)
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย/หญิง
- อายุ 25 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี-โท สาขา Food Tech , Food science หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาหาร
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 - 3 ปี ด้าน Biotech etc. อาหาร
- ทราบเรื่องระบบคุณภาพ GHP HACCP และการวางแผนตรวจสอบสินค้า
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ MS ได้ดี
- มีความรู้ระบบคุณภาพ Est หรือ GSFI รับรอง
