Job Descriptions
- ดูแลและควบคุมระบบคุณภาพภายในโรงงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด - เตรียมความพร้อมและประสานงานการตรวจ Audit จากหน่วยงานภายนอก (เช่น GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, FSSC ฯลฯ) - ตรวจสอบความสะอาดและความพร้อมของ ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ก่อนโหลดสินค้า เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพ - จัดทำเอกสารคุณภาพ บันทึกการตรวจสอบ และรายงานผลการตรวจประจำ - ตรวจสอบและติดตามการแก้ไข/ป้องกันข้อบกพร่อง (Corrective & Preventive Actions) - ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายผลิตในการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน QA/QC ในโรงงานผลิตอาหาร อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการรับ Audit จากหลายมาตรฐาน เช่น GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, FSSC หรือมาตรฐานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีความรู้ด้านระบบเอกสารคุณภาพ และสามารถจัดทำหรือปรับปรุงเอกสารได้
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  6. มีบุคลิกภาพที่เข้มแข็ง มั่นใจ กล้าพูด กล้าแสดงออก (Strong personality) พร้อมสื่อสารและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  7. สามารถทำงาน ที่ อ.เวียงชัย จ.เชียงรายได้
