Job Descriptions
1. Oversee overall factory operations, including daily production, equipment, warehousing, and logistics management to ensure productivity, quality, and cost targets are met. 2. Develop and execute annual production plans, optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and labor productivity. 3. Supervise 6S management, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives. 4. Lead team building and localization efforts, establishing and training local teams while facilitating collaboration between Chinese and Thai employees in a cross-cultural environment. 5. Manage cost and quality control, monitor production expenses (raw materials, energy, labor, etc.), and analyze variances for improvement. 6. Implement quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) to ensure compliance with customer and Thai regulatory standards. Ensure adherence to local laws (labor, environmental, tax, etc.) and handle government/community relations. 7. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure material availability and optimize inventory turnover. Support customer audits and inspections, ensuring prompt response to client needs
Qualifications
  1. College degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  2. Minimum 3 years of manufacturing management experience, including 2+ years in a full-scope plant management role in Thailand.
  3. Strong understanding of production processes; experience in new factory setup is a plus.
  4. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, adaptable to the Thai work environment.
  5. Fluency in English and Thai is preferred.
