Job Descriptions
- จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ และรับวางบิลจาก Suppliers
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารการเบิกจ่าย
- บันทึกและตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือน
- บันทึกรายการเงินสดย่อย (Petty cash)
- ตรวจสอบใบกำกับภาษี และจัดทำรายงานภาษี
- จัดทำภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภงด.3,ภงด.53)
- จัดเก็บเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศ : หญิง
- อายุ : 24 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา : ระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา การบัญชี หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ : มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานบัญชี อย่างน้อย 1 - 2 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ (จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้เวลาที่ยืดหยุ่นได้
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ รับผิดชอบต่องาน
