Job Descriptions
1. สร้างและตรวจสอบรหัสลูกหนี้การค้า ลูกหนี้อื่น ลูกหนี้พนักงาน ในระบบให้ถูกต้อง 2. บันทึกและตรวจสอบรายการบันทึกรายได้และของหน่วยงานต่างๆให้ถูกต้อง โดยใช้มาตรฐานบัญชีชุดใหญ่ (PAEs) 3. จัดทำรายงานรายได้ของงานโครงการ ตามวิธีอัตราส่วนของงานที่ทำเสร็จ (Percentage Of Competition : POC) 4. กระทบยอดและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของบัญชีลูกหนี้ รวมถึงยืนยันยอดลูกหนี้ระหว่างกัน และปิดบัญชีลูกหนี้ตามกำหนดการปิดบัญชี ของกลุ่มธุรกิจที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 5. ออกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบลดหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษีให้ถูกต้อง 6. กระทบยอดรายได้และภาษีขายได้ 7. บันทึกภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม(ภาษีขาย) ให้ถูกต้อง 8. จัดทำรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม(ภาษีขาย) ให้ถูกต้องและทันกำหนด 9. จัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้คงค้างทุกสิ้นเดือนเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา 10. จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์อายุลูกหนี้ทุกสิ้นเดือนเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา 11. ประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรเกี่ยวกับหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ 12. สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับป.ตรี ในสาขาวิชาด้านการบัญชี
  2. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
  3. มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์
  4. มีความรู้ ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม SAP
  5. มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน
  6. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการรับรู้รายได้ของงานโครงการ
  7. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี
