Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Planning: - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals across all restaurant brands. - Forecast workforce requirements and define talent needs for each business unit - Formulate and implement policies to optimize manpower allocation and cost-efficiency Talent Acquisition: - Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to support expansion and operational needs. HR Operations: - Maintain HRIS, payroll, attendance, and employee database - Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal regulations - Monitor and improve HR administrative efficiency Training & Development: - Design and deliver training programs to upskill staff and support career growth. Performance Management: - Implement performance evaluation processes and reward systems. Employee Engagement & Relations: - Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication, activities, and conflict resolution. Succession & Career Planning: - Build talent pipelines and develop future leaders within the organization. Labor Relations: - Handle employee discipline, grievance, and policy communication - Organize staff engagement activities and welfare initiatives - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and audit readiness
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  2. At least 5–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or service industry
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills
  4. Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  5. Experience with multi-brand or multi-location operations is a plus
  6. Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments
