Job Descriptions
Assist production supervisors and Chinese managers with daily operations Translate and interpret between Chinese and Thai during meetings and shopfloor communication Prepare basic production reports, documentation, and material records Coordinate with departments on scheduling, raw material usage, and production planning Support Chinese staff with basic communication and document handling Perform other tasks assigned by production or management team
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality
  2. Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field (preferably related to manufacturing or engineering)
  3. Good Chinese language skills – able to communicate clearly (speaking, reading, and writing)
  4. Basic command of English is a plus
  5. 0–2 years working experience; fresh graduates with language skills are welcome
  6. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  7. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities
  8. Willing to learn and grow in a production environment
  9. Able to work in a factory setting and flexible with working hours or overtime
