Job Descriptions
1.ดำเนินการด้านเอกสารนำเข้า เช่น Invoice/ Packing / Form ต่าง ๆ ให้ถูกต้องและทันเวลา 2.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและแจ้งแก้ไขเอกสารที่ Supplier ส่งมา เพื่อให้เอกสารที่ถูกต้องมาถึงก่อนที่สินค้าจะเข้ามาถึงท่าเรือ 3.ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Shipping, Freight Forwarder, บริษัทขนส่ง และหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4.ติดตามสถานะการขนส่งสินค้าและประสานงานการเคลียร์สินค้า เพื่อให้ตรงตามตารางที่กำหนด 5.ติดตาม Shipment ที่รับผิดชอบให้เข้ามาตรงตามรายการที่สั่ง และตามเวลาที่กำหนด 6.ติดต่อสายเรือ เช็คเวลาเรือเข้า และประสานงานกับ Shipping เพื่อทำการเคลียร์สินค้า 7.ตรวจสอบ Storage & DEM & DET รวมทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง สำหรับตู้สินค้านำเข้า 8.ติดต่อประสานงานกับทางโรงงาน / SHIPPING / หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับการเคลียตู้เข้า 9.วางแผนการต่ออายุใบอนุญาตนำเข้า และต่ออายุเอกสารราชการต่าง ๆ ตอนสิ้นปี หรือหมดอายุ 10.งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ชาย / หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
  4. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านนำเข้า
  5. สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี และมีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงาน / เจรจาต่อรอง
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และ ความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
