Job DescriptionsJob Responsibilities:
Supervise daily safety management in the company’s production activities to ensure compliance with Thailand’s Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Act;
Organize regular safety inspections and risk assessments, promptly identify hazards and follow up on corrective actions;
Establish and maintain safety records, and prepare monthly and quarterly safety reports;
Organize employee safety training, fire drills, and emergency response drills;
Assist with inspections and communication with relevant government authorities to ensure legal and regulatory compliance;
Handle and report workplace injuries, accidents, and other safety-related incidents;
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
✅ Job Requirements:
Possess a valid Safety Officer Certificate issued by the Thai Ministry of Labour (ระดับปฏิบัติการ or higher);
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in safety management within manufacturing or factory environments;
Familiar with Thai safety laws, regulations, and relevant standards (e.g., ISO45001);
Strong communication, coordination, and on-site problem-solving skills;
Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Chinese or English language skills are a plus (depending on company requirements).
Able to work as Monday-Saturday.
