Job Descriptions

-Develop and manage the product lifecycle of medical devices, including strategic planning, product development, marketing, and sales support. -Conduct market research and analysis of industry trends, competitors, technologies, and customer needs to guide product strategy. -Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure products meet market and regulatory requirements. -Define unique selling points (USPs) and develop effective product messaging and positioning. -Create marketing materials and provide product training for the sales team. -Monitor sales performance, analyze product data, and generate regular reports to evaluate business impact. -Support marketing initiatives including seminars, exhibitions, and scientific events. -Plan and manage product budgets effectively. -Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards such as FDA, CE Marking, and ISO 13485.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of medical device registration processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, Thai FDA, CE).
Excellent market analysis, strategic planning, and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with fluency in both Thai and English.
Willingness to travel for customer visits, hospital meetings, or external events.
