Job Descriptions
RESPONSIBILITIES: (1) Financial Reporting & Compliance •Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS). •Ensure adherence to local tax regulations (VAT, Corporate Income Tax) and coordinate with external auditors. •Maintain accurate general ledger entries. (2) Accounting •Manage accounts receivable/payable for international clients and vendors. Process accounts payable/receivable, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations. •Handle multi-currency transactions and reconcile forex fluctuations (e.g., USD, THB, RMB). (3) Cost & Revenue Tracking •Monitor air freight-related costs (e.g., fuel surcharges, IATA fees, customs duties etc.). •Analyze profitability by multiple aspect and provide actionable insights. (4) Process Improvement •Streamline accounting workflows using ERP systems. •Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate billing and documentation for all kinds of shipments. (5) Compliance & Risk Management •Verify compliance with international trade regulations, especially fully comply with local financial regulations. •Mitigate risks related to delayed payments or forex volatility in target markets.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. CPA certification or equivalent is a strong plus.
  3. 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade.
  4. Proficient in Cargo plus, ERP systems, or freight-forwarding software; advanced Excel skills.
  5. Proven track record in handling logistics transactions.
  6. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.
  7. Familiarity with ERP systems tailored for logistics.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced industry.
  10. Fluent in English (written).
