Job Descriptions
Provide Technical Support:
o Troubleshoot technical issues occurring in the production processes or operations of the client.
o Offer technical advice and assist in resolving product or equipment usage issues.
Coordinate Between Teams and Clients:
o Communicate with clients to gather technical issues and collaborate with teams to find solutions.
o Prepare reports and summaries of problem resolutions.
Monitoring & Quality System Management:
o Ensure that technical issues are resolved according to quality standards.
oContinuously improve and optimize working methods for greater efficiency.
Post-Sales Support:
o Offer post-sales support, including technical advice and troubleshooting.
o Monitor and ensure compliance with client requirements and specifications.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
o Work with R&D, planning, and production teams to develop and improve products and services that meet client needs.
o Coordinate with production, all parties, and sales departments to gather information or address customer complaints.
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่าในสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์เทคโนโลยีหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการพูดและการอ่านภาษาไทยและภาษาจีน (จีนกลาง) ระดับดี (HSK ระดับ 5 ขึ้นไป)
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปีในตําแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้อง (มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความเข้าใจในคำศัพท์เฉพาะทาง เช่น ด้านเทคโนโลยี, วิศวกรรม, หรือการผลิต จะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
- สามารถทำงานได้ดีภายใต้ความกดดัน และสามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงบ่อย
