Job Descriptions
1. รับผิดชอบงานสรรหาบุคลากรของบริษัท ได้แก่ การลงประกาศรับสมัครงาน การคัดกรองประวัติย่อ การเตรียมการสัมภาษณ์ 2. พัฒนาแผนการสรรหาบุคลากรและกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากรเพื่อให้การสรรหาบุคลากรดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น 3. รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการสรรหาบุคลากร กำหนดกลยุทธ์ในการสรรหาบุคลากร และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพในการสรรหาบุคลากร 4. อัปเดตและจัดการข้อมูลการสรรหาบุคลากรอย่างสม่ำเสมอ 5. ช่วยเหลือแผนกทรัพยากรบุคคลในการเข้างาน การลาออก และงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องของพนักงาน 6. รายงานความคืบหน้าและผลการสรรหาบุคลากรต่อหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาภาษาจีน สาขาการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการสรรหาบุคลากรมากกว่า 1 ปี
  3. มีทักษะการฟัง พูด อ่านเขียนภาษาจีนได้ระดับดี
  4. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในช่องทางการสรรหาบุคลากรที่หลากหลาย รวมถึงโซเชียลมีเดีย เว็บไซต์จัดหางาน
  5. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
