Job Descriptions
- รับวางบิลและบันทึกรายการตั้งบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ ให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วนและถูกต้องตามประเภท
- จัดทำบันทึกรายการใบสำคัญ ค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย ค่าใช้จ่ายจ่ายล่วงหน้า
- ตัดจ่ายบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ตรงตามรอบจ่ายภายในเวลาที่กำหนด - บันทึกบัญชีประจำวัน
-จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ ภาษีขาย และภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายทุกสิ้นเดือน
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารต่าง ๆ รวมถึงตรวจสอบความถูกต้องก่อนส่งให้ผู้ตรวจสอบหรือหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก รวมถึง จัดเก็บและดูแลเอกสารตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทำงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศ: หญิง
- อายุ: 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- ระดับการศึกษา : ปวส.ขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์ : อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความกระตือรือร้น
