Job Descriptions
1.บันทึกรายการบัญชีทั่วไป (GL) ลงในระบบบัญชี 2.จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบสำคัญรับ ใบสำคัญจ่าย ใบแจ้งหนี้ 3.จัดทำรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภ.พ.30), ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภงด.1, 3, 53) และนำส่งกรมสรรพากร 4.ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคาร (Bank Reconciliation) 5.ปิดงบการเงินรายเดือนเบื้องต้น 6.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก 7.จัดเก็บและรักษาเอกสารทางบัญชีให้เป็นระบบและสามารถตรวจสอบได้
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชีอย่างน้อย 1 ปี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีความรู้พื้นฐานทางด้านภาษี และกฎหมายบัญชีเบื้องต้น
  5. ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel และโปรแกรมบัญชีทั่วไปได้
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
  7. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และงานที่ต้องใช้ความถูกต้องแม่นยำได้ดี
