Job Descriptions

1 Design machinery and automation systems - Use SolidWorks to design 3D models and draw 2D drawings for machinery or automation equipment - Create part models and assemble (Assembly) to test the operation of the system in the program - Design mechanisms and operating systems such as gripping systems, linear movement, and automatic assembly 2 Analyze and improve the design - Analyze the strength of the structure and components - Improve the design for higher efficiency, reduce costs, and increase durability - Test and solve problems that may occur in the actual production process 3 Work with the engineering team and other departments - Coordinate with the electrical engineering team to ensure that the design works smoothly - Contact customers to understand specific needs and requirements - Collaborate with the production department to make the production process follow the design 4 Prepare documents and reports - Prepare engineering documents such as Drawing - Prepare work performance reports in case of going out to work off-site - Prepare Inspection, Layout Drawing and Maintenance list 5 Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Thai Nationality
Male only
Age 23 to 30 years old
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics and related filed
Experience 1 -3 years in Design FA Machine filed.
Able to use 2D 3D Solid works program to design machine structures and machine parts
Skill in designing automation machines as customer requirements
Able to read and write of Pneumatic diagram
Knowledge and understanding of Stepping Motor, Servo motor, Robo Cylinder will be an advantage
Able to communicate in English
Able to work overtime holiday.
