Job Descriptions
Job Overview We are seeking a responsible and proactive Accountant to join a well-established private school located in the eastern part of Bangkok. The successful candidate will manage accounting records, prepare financial reports, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the school's financial operations run smoothly and in compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and other financial records - Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management - Process and review payment transactions, expense reports, and bank reconciliations - Use cloud-based accounting software (PEAK) to manage financial data - Coordinate with internal operations team and management to support school functions - Assist in preparing documents for audits and compliance - Ensure accurate tax filings in accordance with Thai tax law
Qualifications
  1. Female, aged 28-48 years
  2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  3. Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
  4. Good command of English communication
  5. Proficient in using cloud accounting software, especially PEAK
  6. Strong organizational skills and leadership mindset
  7. Experience in school or education sector is a strong advantage
  8. Must reside near Ramkhamhaeng (late section) or surrounding areas
