We are looking for a dedicated System Engineer to join our team and take ownership of preventive maintenance activities across our IT infrastructure, such as Borderless Networking, Enterprise Security, System, and Storage. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, minimizing downtime, and proactively identifying issues before they impact operations. You will be responsible for regular system inspections, updates, troubleshooting, and collaborating across teams to keep systems running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute regular inspections and health checks on servers, storage, network, security equipment, and related systems to detect and address issues before failures occur. • System Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems in a timely and efficient manner to maintain system integrity. • Technical Documentation: Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of preventive tasks, configurations, incidents, and resolutions for audit and operational purposes. • System Updates & Patching: Implement firmware and software upgrades to ensure systems remain secure, stable, and compliant with the latest standards. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other technical teams and stakeholders to coordinate system maintenance, share insights, and optimize overall IT operations.
