*** สามารถพูด อ่าน ภาษาจีนได้ เพื่อประสานงานกับคู่ค้าต่างประเทศ ***
- ลงบัญชีรายรับ-รายจ่ายของบริษัท
- รวบรวมเอกสารทางบัญชี เอกสารราชการ และใบเบิกจ่าย
- ทำข้อมูลและเอกสารต่าง ๆ ลงระบบคอมพิวเตอร์
- หาข้อมูลและติดต่อ Supplier สำหรับจัดซื้อของเข้าองค์กร (อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน / อุปกรณ์คลังสินค้า ฯลฯ)
- ประสานงานทั่วไปทั้งในและนอกองค์กร
Qualifications
- สามารถพูด อ่าน ภาษาจีนได้ เพื่อประสานงานกับคู่ค้าต่างประเทศ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบสูง
- ถ้าเคยมีประสบการณ์สายเอกสาร / บัญชี / จัดซื้อ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ จะมีโอกาสรับผิดชอบงานที่ท้าทายมากขึ้น
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน (Word, Excel) ได้
