Job Descriptions
1. Respond to customer inquiries, provide guidance, and offer consultations regarding products, promotions, memberships, and other related matters. 2. Assist customers in all aspects to ensure a positive service experience. 3. Liaise with all store departments: If customers have questions about product availability or additional details, communicate with the store team to provide accurate answers.
Qualifications
  1. Passion for customer service and a positive attitude toward work.
  2. Proficient in at least two languages (a third language is an advantage)
  3. Pleasant personality with a friendly tone of voice.
  4. Knowledgeable about products and services, enabling confident recommendations to customers.
  5. Skilled in problem-solving and able to work well under pressure.
  6. Committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
  7. Basic computer skills: Able to search for information or use simple programs to assist in quicker service.
  8. Required: Business English Level.
