Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •[Rental agency and management] 95% Sriracha, 5% Pattaya areas •[Sales brokerage (dealing with Thai buyers and government offices)] 80% Sriracha area, 15% Bangkok, 5% Pattaya •Visiting customers with manager to support •Confirm buyer's loan bank •Propose and negotiate buyer's financial plan •Prepare and issuing governmental documents stuff •Confirm price with property owner, negotiate terms •Prepare contract documents, request receipt and invoice, and room cleaning •Respond to customer inquiries (promptly) •Edit company website, marketing •Other tasks assigned Languages skills •English : Conversational •Japanese : None Workplace Area: Pacific Park Sriracha Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Thu - Mon (Holidays on Tue - Wed))

Qualifications

Age 23-30 years
Bachelor’s Degree
Female Gender
At least ２ years working experience of Sales or Sales support in any companies
Conversational high level of English (Around TOEIC 700 or IELTS 6.0)
Experience of work with English speakers (Customers, clients, or internal)
Any related experience in Real Estate indursties will be preferable
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate will be preferable
