Job Descriptions
▸ ด้าน Business Analysis: 1.ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และรวบรวมความต้องการ (Requirements) ของลูกค้า เพื่อแปลงเป็นเอกสาร Functional Specification 2.ทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนาเพื่อให้เข้าใจความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานอย่างถูกต้อง 3.ออกแบบ Flow การใช้งาน, Wireframe หรือ Use Case เบื้องต้น 4.ทบทวนความต้องการกับลูกค้าและทีมงาน พร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงระบบ 5.วิเคราะห์ Gap ระหว่างระบบเดิมกับระบบใหม่ (Gap Analysis) 6.จัดทำเอกสารความต้องการของระบบ และคู่มือการใช้งาน (User Guide) 7.วางแผนการดำเนินโครงการ (Project Plan) และติดตามความคืบหน้าให้เป็นไปตาม Timeline 8.นัดหมายประชุม / จัดประชุม Kick-off, Weekly Status, UAT และ Training 9.ตรวจสอบเอกสารการส่งมอบ (Deliverables) และควบคุมคุณภาพงานที่ส่งให้ลูกค้า ________________________________________
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย
  2. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปี ด้าน Business Analysis หรือการบริหารโครงการ
  4. มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ (Software Development Life Cycle)
  5. สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์และบริหารโครงการ เช่น Jira, Trello, Figma, Microsoft Project, Excel
  6. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
  7. ถ้ามีความรู้ด้าน Agile/Scrum จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. สามารถเดินทางได้ / เดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้ถ้าจำเป็น
  9. มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน
