Job DescriptionsKey Duties:
Responsible for the signing of various employee contracts, entry and exit procedures, and the signing of the company's external legal documents
Process invoices, tax deductions, and administrative documentation.
Handle daily transactions (receipts/payments) and update bank ledgers.
Assist in payroll processing, performance tracking, and attendance management.
Process employee reimbursements (e.g., travel expenses).
Review financial documents for compliance; reserve the right to reject non-compliant submissions.
Safeguard company seals and critical records.
Support accounting tasks and financial reporting.
