เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR)
1. เปิดใบกำกับภาษี
2.บันทึกรายตั้งหนี้ รายการรับชำระหนี้ประจำวัน
3.ตรวจสอบเอกสารการชำระหนี้
4.ตรวจสอบรายการรับเงินกับ Bank Statement และกระทบยอดเงินฝาก
5.จัดทำรายงานภาษีขาย, รายงานลูกหนี้คงเหลือ และรายงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
6.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุ 23 - 30 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- จบการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญา(ปวส.), ระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี, การเงิน
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหางานเฉพาะหน้า
- มีความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด ทำงานได้ถูกต้องแม่นยำ และมีความกระตือรือร้น
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 2-3 ปีขึ้นไป หากทำเกี่ยวกับ บริษัท โบรกเกอร์ประกันภัย (จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน (Microsoft Office) ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel สูตรต่างๆและ Vlookup
