Business: Construction Work hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00 Location: Sathorn, Bangkok (BTS Chong Nonsi) 1. Oversee all financial operations of the Thailand office, including general ledger, tax filings, and financial statement preparation. 2. Develop and manage annual budgets and capital plans; monitor cash flow and operational expenses. 3. Ensure compliance with Thai Accounting Standards (TAS) and local financial regulations. 4. Manage all tax-related matters, including VAT (7%), Corporate Income Tax (20%), and withholding tax submissions. 5. Coordinate with external auditors and maintain strong working relationships with accounting firms and tax authorities. 6. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business strategies. 7. Ensure proper fund management for cross-border transactions, including foreign exchange settlements and transfer pricing issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Thai CPA or CPD certification is an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Strong command of Thai and English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
Solid knowledge of Thai tax laws, financial reporting standards, and audit processes.
Experience in international finance operations, especially fund transfers and currency settlements, is highly preferred.
