Job Descriptions
1. Document Preparation: Import shipment process to Delivery Order release.
2. Coordination: Work with origin freight forwarders, vessel carriers, co-loaders (LCL), and consignees.
3. Verification: Ensure accuracy of HBL, MBL, and amendment documents.
4. Client Assistance: Free time extension, BL status checks, updates on arrival and HBL completion.
5. Payment Handling: Payments to carriers/freight forwarders, client invoicing, coordination with accounting.
6. Delivery Order: BL status checks, document release, payment confirmation, and container deposit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Logistics or related.
- Experience in freight/logistics and document handling.
- Communication skills, Thai - English and/or Chinese.
- Knowledge in import/export logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office.
