Job DescriptionsHandle and support day-to-day HR operations across functions including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and policy compliance
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Organize annual training programs and maintain training records and evaluation reports
Administer payroll, benefits, and employee welfare activities accurately and timely
Advise employees and line managers on HR policies and best practices
Maintain and update HR documents such as employee handbook and internal regulations
Participate in organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives
