• ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขด้วยสินค้าและบริการของบริษัท • ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Sales เพื่อเตรียมการนำเสนอ (Presentation) และสาธิตสินค้า/โซลูชัน (Demo) • จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค เช่น Proposal, Solution Design, BOM, TOR, และอื่น ๆ • สนับสนุนทางด้านเทคนิคให้กับลูกค้าทั้งก่อนและหลังการขาย • ประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนา, ทีมเทคนิค หรือ Vendor เพื่อออกแบบโซลูชันที่เหมาะสม • ให้คำปรึกษาเชิงเทคนิค และตอบข้อซักถามต่าง ๆ จากลูกค้า • ติดตามเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาโซลูชันและข้อเสนอให้ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions using the company’s products and services • Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare presentations and conduct product/solution demonstrations • Prepare technical documentation such as proposals, solution designs, BOMs, TORs, and others • Provide technical support to customers both before and after the sale • Coordinate with development teams, technical teams, or vendors to design appropriate solutions • Offer technical consultation and respond to customer inquiries • Keep up with new technologies to continuously enhance solutions and proposals

Qualifications

เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาวิศวกรรม, ไอที, คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงาน Presales, Technical Consultant หรือ Solution Architect อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์หรือโซลูชันที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Network, Cloud, Software, Security ฯลฯ
มีทักษะในการนำเสนอ, การสื่อสาร และการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเป็นอย่างดี
สามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้าในกรุงเทพฯ และต่างจังหวัดได้
หากมีใบรับรองวิชาชีพ (Certifications) เช่น Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, CompTIA จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
