Job Descriptions
- ต้อนรับผู้ป่วยและลูกค้าทั้งชาวไทยและต่างชาติด้วยความสุภาพ และมีใจบริการ - ให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับบริการของโรงพยาบาลศัลยกรรม เช่น การปรึกษาแพทย์ ตารางนัด วันผ่าตัด ฯลฯ - รับโทรศัพท์ ตอบคำถามลูกค้า และประสานงานภายในกับแผนกต่างๆ - จัดตารางนัดหมายผู้ป่วย/ลูกค้า และดูแลระบบการลงทะเบียน - ประสานงานกับทีมพยาบาลและแพทย์ในเรื่องเวลานัดหมาย - ดูแลพื้นที่หน้าฟรอนต์ให้สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ และพร้อมให้บริการเสมอ - ช่วยงานเอกสารเบื้องต้น และงานด้านแอดมินตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศ : ทุกเพศ
  2. อายุ(ปี) : 22 - 35
  3. ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
  4. ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  5. บุคลิกภาพดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  6. มีใจรักงานบริการและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  7. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีความสามารถในการพูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษ จีนได้ในระดับดี
  8. หากมีประสบการณ์ในงาน Receptionist หรือในโรงพยาบาล/คลินิกความงาม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี (MS Office, ระบบจัดการข้อมูลผู้ป่วย ฯลฯ)
  10. ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่ / ที่ไม่มีประสบการณ์
  11. หากมีทักษะภาษาต่างประเทศ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (เช่น อังกฤษ จีน มีค่าภาษาให้)
