Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลและบริหารงานแผนก Cylinder และ แผนก Forming
2.สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานได้ พร้อมทั้งทำงานเป็นทีมเพื่อให้งานบรรลุเป้าหมายได้ ตามแผนการผลิต
3.นำเสนอ Kaizen ของแผนกได้
4.นำสนอ KPI ของแผนกได้
5.สามารถติดต่อ Supplier ให้แก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรได้
6.สามารถเข้ากะได้
7.สามารถนำเสนองานเป็นรูปแบบ Power Point ได้
8.สามารถบริหารระบบ ISO ของแผนกให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดได้
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 30 -40 ปี ผ่านการเกณท์ทหาร
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช.หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไปในสาขาไฟฟ้า
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านไฟฟ้ากำลัง
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ Hydraulic Cylinder จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีความกระตืนรือร้น มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO9001:2015 , ISO14001:2015
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ ขยัน อดทน ละเอียดรอบคอบ
