Job Descriptions
Technician PM •Responsible for follow up the Master plan for Preventive maintenance schedule and maintenance on tools and equipment to support manufacturing operations. •Know troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques and equipment, principles of electronics, test procedure and requirements. •Support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction. •To do jobs follow up Master Preventive maintenance schedule plan and record into the record forms. •Improve and maintains all tools and machines for a minimum downtime. •Keep track of all tools and machines data and spare parts for system record. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Technician Setup •Improve and maintains all tools and machines for a minimum downtime. •Keep track of all tools and machines data and spare parts foe system record. •Provide non-technical and technical Support to production on key usage ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Technician Tooling •Operate Wire Cut Machines. •Manufacture parts according to the given drawing. •Tools, fixtures, parts assembly. •Prepare the blank raw material for machining. •Set up and operating the machines and finish the part as per the drawing. •Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment and the Tool Room. •Wear the protective safety equipment (PPE) in case of chemical usage.
Qualifications
  1. High Vocational Certificate / Technical College
  2. 2-3 years experience in Maintenance filed.
  3. Technical skill in tool and equipment in PM functional.
  4. Highly responsible
  5. Good attitude and interpersonal skills
  6. Able to work in shifts
  7. Basic English communication
