Job Title ฝ่ายขายเทเล่เซลล์ Working Hours จ - ส เวลา 08:00-17:00 Job Purpose: - ปิดการขายลูกค้าเก่งมาก เพื่อให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด - ติดตาม และรักษาฐานลูกค้าเก่า เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย - เปิดลูกค้าใหม่ ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ Responsibilities - ปิดยอดขายลูกค้า เพื่อให้ได้ตามเป้าแต่ละเดือน - โทรติดตามลูกค้าเก่า ทุกวัน - ตอบแชทลูกค้า ผ่านช่องทาง DM / Line ทุกวัน - เรียนรู้สินค้า และนำเสนอสินค้าให้กับลูกค้า - วิเคราะห์ความต้องการลูกค้า และปัญหาของลูกค้า เพื่อนำเสนอวิธีการแก้ปัญหาและสินค้า - นำเสนอโปรโมชั่นและจัดทำใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า - แก้ปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า และนำเสนอวิธีการที่ดีที่สุด - จัดทำเอกสารใบขายสินค้า ใบส่งของ ใบกำกับภาษี และใบวางบิลลูกค้า - จัดทำเอกสารเงินมัดจ และเคลียร์เงินมัดจำ - ประสานงานฝ่ายจัดส่งสินค้า, ฝ่ายวิศวกรถอดแบบ, และฝ่ายบัญชี - จัดทำรายงานยอดขายรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน - งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. Hard working
  2. Good at closing deals with clients
  3. Extrovert and speaks thai perfectly
  4. อยากได้เงินเยอะๆค่าคอม
  5. จบปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  6. มีประสบการณ์การด้านงาน ขาย มากกว่า 3 ปีขึ้นไป (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  7. อายุ 23 - 35 ปี - ทักษะการปิดการขาย ดีเยี่ยม
  8. ทักษะการนำเสนอ ดีเยี่ยม
  9. ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา ดี - ทักษะการประสานงาน ดี - ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง ดี - ไฟแรง มี passion
  10. มี Growth Mindset และเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
  11. ขยัน และอดทน
