Job Descriptions
- Plan and control production schedules (Production Control) to align with sales forecasts and production capacity - Oversee all logistics operations, including raw material procurement, inventory management, and delivery to customers - Analyze customer requirements and coordinate across departments to ensure on-time delivery - Monitor and optimize logistics costs and continuously improve supply chain efficiency - Maintain and improve data management systems and ERP tools related to production and logistics - Lead and manage the production and logistics teams, including performance evaluation and staff development - Follow IATF16949 and ISO14001
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
  3. Minimum 10 years of experience in Production Planning and Logistics in the automotive or related industry
  4. Familiarity with Syspro systems
  5. Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
  6. Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities
  7. Good command of English, both written and spoken
  8. Have an experience for IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO9001
