Job Descriptions

Supervise daily procurement, inspection, and storage of food ingredients to ensure food safety compliance. Inspect hygiene conditions, equipment cleaning, and utensil disinfection to prevent cross-contamination. Ensure kitchen staff hold valid health certificates and meet working health standards. Manage food sampling and documentation to ensure traceability. Assist in organizing food safety training and performance evaluations for canteen staff. Support inspections from local authorities or headquarters and ensure corrective actions are implemented. In case of client visits and meals, conduct advance checks on the dining area and food preparation to ensure hygiene and service standards meet client expectations.

Qualifications

Familiar with food safety basics; knowledge of HACCP or Thai food regulations is a plus.
Experience in canteen operations, food service, or customer hospitality is preferred.
Responsible, detail-oriented, with strong communication and coordination skills.
Thai-Chinese bilingual skills are preferred.
