Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •Manage and handle for subcontractor around 100 - 200persons •Handle for Maintenance of factory equiepment, Industrial furnance, industrial machine. •Manage and control your direct subordinate around 5persons •Negotiate and deal with between Maker and subcontractor •Report and discuss with Japanese manager (with interpreter) •Other assigned work from top managment Languages skills •English : Conversational •Japanese : None Workplace Area: Rayong Amata city Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri ※This position have working long holiday season such as new year holiday, songkran etc )

Qualifications

Age 30-45 years
Bachelor’s Degree
Any Gender
At least 3 years working experience of maintenance Engineer for industrial machine or factory equiepment
At least 3 years experience working as a subcontractor for a manufacturer
Have experience of manage around 5 subordinates
Basic level of English
Have experience in industrial machinery, Industrial furnance or Combustion equipment or related industry will be preferable
Not job hopper (At least 3 years working experience in same company) will be preferable
Strong human management skills and experience will be preferable
