Job Descriptions
• ดูแลงานเอกสารทั่วไป เช่น จัดเก็บ จัดทำ และพิมพ์เอกสาร
• ติดต่อประสานงานภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
• รับโทรศัพท์และตอบอีเมลตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ดูแลการนัดหมาย ปฏิทินงาน และเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการประชุม
• จัดซื้อและควบคุมการเบิกใช้วัสดุสำนักงาน
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ม.6, ปวช., ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี (สาขาใดก็ได้)
- มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- มีบัตรประจำตัวคนพิการตามกฎหมาย
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานธุรการจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- บุคคลทุพพลภาพประเภทที่ 2
