We are seeking a Sales Manager with strong strategic thinking, team development capabilities, and the ability to drive sustainable sales growth. You will be responsible for sales planning, team management, key account handling, and new market expansion.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and acquire new customers
• Analyze the market, competitors, and business trends to adjust sales plans accordingly
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for executive presentation

• จัดทำรายงานการขายและวิเคราะห์ผลเพื่อเสนอผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Excellent planning, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the amusement park, theme park, or arcade business is a plus
