Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •Analyze and plan production schedules, and prepare raw material procurement plans in alignment with the production plan. •Prepare daily and weekly production reports and work orders, and submit the monthly production plan. •Coordinate and follow up on production progress. •Manage urgent orders, rush production orders, and other production irregularities. •Collect data and prepare reports on finished goods, semi-finished goods, and work-in-progress inventory. •Determine delivery methods, plan, and prepare delivery schedules. •Monitor delivery status and keep the delivery records updated in the system. •Analyze problems and propose solutions to improve work systems. •Perform other duties as assigned. Languages skills •English : Conversational •Japanese : None •Mandarin: Conversational Workplace Area: Sala Daeng, Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri Sat Working: Average 2 times per month (Depends on company calendar) )

Qualifications

Age 22-35 years
Any Gender
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chinese major or related field
At least 2 years in Production control or planning in any manufacturing.
Fresh graduate with Chinese skill is also consider.
Conversational low level of English (Able to make report and document.)
Able to use MS Office , Excel.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work well under pressure.
Able to use ERP program will be preferable.
