- จัดการคำสั่งซื้อ : ตรวจสอบและดำเนินการได้ถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด - ดูแล ใช้งาน platform E-commerce เช่น Shopee / Lazada / Tiktok และโปรแกรมใหม่ๆในอนาคต - ดูแลชำระเงินออนไลน์ : ตรวจสอบและจัดการธุรกรรมทางการเงินให้ปลอดภัย - ให้บริการลูกค้า : ตอบคำถามและแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้าได้อย่างมืออาชีพ - งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย การเข้างานเข้าเป็นกะ หยุด 6 วันต่อเดือน กะ 1 : 07.00 - 16.00 กะ 2 : 12.00 - 21.00
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิงเท่านั้น อายุ 22-35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีในสาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีทักษะการใช้งานโปรแกรม Excel,Word,Power Point ได้อย่างดี
  4. มีความสามารถในการใช้ระบบจัดการคำสั่งซื้อ (Order Management System)
  5. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน E-commerce หรือการขายออนไลน์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีความสามารถในการทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกัน (Multitasking) และจัดลำดับความสำคัญได้ดี
  7. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
  8. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  9. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ที่มีประสบการณ์การฝึกงานตรงสาย หรือใกล้เคียง)
