Job Descriptions

Develop and review packaging solutions for new products (PCBA, Box Build, Magnetic). Participate in RFQ processes by providing packaging concepts, material cost estimations, and packaging feasibility assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Program Management) to define packaging requirements and ensure alignment with customer specifications. Design packaging that ensures product protection, compliance with standards (e.g., ESD, moisture), and efficient logistics handling. Prepare packaging documentation: Packaging specification, packaging instruction sheet, and validation report. Conduct packaging trials, drop tests, and continuous improvement activities. Support cost reduction projects and sustainability initiatives in packaging. Assist in solving packaging-related issues during NPI and mass production phases. Liaise with suppliers for material sourcing and new packaging development.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
5 years minimum of experience in packaging.
Able to communicate in English
Able to read and create drawings.
Solid Work, MS Office, ERP
