Chinese Customer Service Support
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าด้านเอกสารและรายงานสถานะงานให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- ประสานงานหน่วยงานภายในองค์กร สายเรือ ขนส่ง ท่าเรือ ศุลการกร หรือ เอเจ้นท์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- คอนเฟิร์มเอกสาร BL/INV/PL/FORM E และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทำรายงานสรุปประจำเดือนของงานในภาระหน้าที่ของตน
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีน ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน
- มีประสบการทำงานเกี่ยวกับนำเข้า-ส่งออก อย่างน้อย 1 ปีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่
