Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support in designing and implementing business processes and solutions.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system functionalities and process workflows.
- Help identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Support testing activities, including writing test cases and coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Assist in data analysis and generating insights to inform decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and project progress.
- Support change management and user training initiatives.
- Maintain organized documentation of business processes, requirements, and project artifacts.
Job Specification
- Entry-level or with limited experience in business analysis or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of business processes, project management, or relevant software/tools.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Familiarity with business analysis techniques and tools.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle or project management is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Eagerness to develop analytical skills and gain industry knowledge.
