Job Descriptions
ลักษณะงาน ( Job description ) -เขียนแผนการตลาดและแผนธุรกิจตามความต้องการของลูกค้าแต่ละแบรนด์ -ถ่ายทำวิดีโอแนะนำสินค้าหรือคอนเทนต์อื่น ๆ เพื่อลงช่องของทีม -ศึกษา รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล วางแผนธีมที่สร้างสรรค์ในการทำการตลาด -จัดทำคู่มือการถ่ายทำ รวมไปถึงการเช็คสคริปต์และวิดีโอให้แก่ครีเอเตอร์ -จัดการความคืบหน้าของโครงการ ประสานงานกับทั้งภายในและภายนอก และติดต่อกับลูกค้า เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าโครงการจะเสร็จตามเวลาที่กำหนดและมีคุณภาพ -คัดเลือก KOLs ที่เหมาะสมในแต่ละโปรเจกต์ - จัดทำรายงานสรุปแต่ละโครงงาน วิเคราะห์ผลและหาแนวทางในการพัฒนา
Qualifications
  1. คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ ( 岗位要求 ) -เพศหญิง หรือ LGBTQ เท่านั้น
  2. -ศึกษาในคณะนิเทศศาสตร์,การตลาด,บริหารหรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. -มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในด้าน content, marketing หรือด้านที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. -มีไอเดีย ความคิดริเริ่ม ชอบเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ ชื่นชอบในการอัพเดท Trend ที่ได้รับความนิยมทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
  5. -มีความคุ้นเคยกับแอปพลิเคชั่น Tiktok และอัพเดตเทรนด์ใหม่ ๆ อยู่เสมอ
  6. -มีความรู้ ความสามารถด้านการตลาดออนไลน์
