1.Organize and conduct research on the information needs of business departments, take the lead in sorting out detailed business plans, and effectively transform user stories into professional requirements documents.组织开展业务部门信息需求的调研，牵头梳理详细的业务方案，有效将用户故事转化为专业的需求文档。 2.Draft business informationization plans and project promotion plans, and implement the projects after approval起草业务信息化方案和项目推进计划，审批后落实项目实施。 3.Implement the organization and archiving of various documents during the project implementation process.落实项目实施过程的各类文档的整理和归档。 4.Continue to follow up on the actual application problems of information technology projects, propose optimization plans and strategies, and optimize information technology system tools持续跟进信息化项目实际应用问题，提出优化方案、策略，优化信息化系统工具。 5.Implement temporary tasks assigned by leaders落实领导交办的临时性工作。 Implement the company's information system (including PLM, ERP, SRM, IQC, MES, WMS, data acquisition) construction tasks, organize business departments to conduct information needs research, be responsible for information solution design, and realize the final implementation of information projects. Qualifications

Gender is not limited, age is 30-45 years old性别不限,年龄30-45周岁
Bachelor degree or above, no limitation on major (IT major is preferred)学历本科及以上,专业不限（IT专业优先）
Applicants should have more than 5 years of experience in information technology work in large and medium-sized enterprises, especially experience in implementing information technology projects; Applicants with experience in independently serving as project managers in group projects will be given priority.具有5年以上大中型企业信息化工作经验，尤其是信息化项目实施经验；具有在集团性项目中独立担当作为项目经理的经验者优先。
Be able to fully, systematically and deeply understand and master project management, and be able to apply it in actual work. Be familiar with the processes and main control points of each value chain system (including PLM, ERP, SRM, IQC, MES, WMS, and data acquisition).能够全面、系统、深入的理解并熟练掌握项目管理，能够在实际工作深入运用。熟悉价值链各系统（包括PLM、ERP、SRM、IQC、MES、WMS、数采）流程与主要管控点。
